• Choose a topic for your class project. Try to keep it easy to find potential users
• Create a survey for your class project. Get at least 15 people to respond. Ideally 30. Ask three open questions and one qualifying question that will help you create a mental model (remember the before, during and after construct). Bring your results and survey to class.
• Create a mental model based on the survey. Get some stickies, make groups on your own, as we did it in class. Take a CLEAR photo that is readable, and bring a printout to class.
• Create a quick sketch for a persona. Please put on paper, take a CLEAR photo, and bring a printout to class.
